Early beta privacy notice

Information we collect

When you apply for the Versara Commerce beta, we collect the contact and company information you provide, your role, the commerce platforms and approximate number of retailer relationships you identify, your description of your current operational challenge, and whether you are open to a discovery conversation.

How we use it

We use this information to evaluate whether your team is a fit for the early beta, contact you about Versara Commerce, understand which workflows and integrations matter to prospective customers, and improve our beta planning. We do not sell beta application information.

Campaign and technical information

We may store the page you used to apply, the referring page, and campaign tags included in the link. This helps us understand which outreach led to an application. We do not currently use this page to collect payment information.

Retention and deletion

We retain beta application information while evaluating and operating the beta and for a reasonable period afterward. You may ask us to correct or delete your application information by replying to any message you receive from Versara Commerce.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the beta and our data practices develop. The date at the top will show when it was last revised.
